Student travel grants

STUDENT TRAVEL GRANTS

Financial support is offered to graduate students who cannot be fully supported by their advisors or departments.

Ph.D. and M.Sc. students are invited to apply for a travel grant to partially cover their expenses for attending the conference. Please note that the available budget is limited; therefore, the reimbursement amount per student will depend on the total number of applications received.

To apply for a travel grant, please send an email that includes the following:

1. Motivation letter: Explain how attending Performance is relevant to your Ph.D. or M.Sc. research project.

2. Budget estimate: Provide a detailed estimate of your anticipated travel expenses, including the amount of funding you are requesting.

3. Letter of support: Include a signed support letter from your Ph.D. or M.Sc. supervisor.

4. Personal information: State your full name, university or research institute, and your bank account information for reimbursement purposes.

Applications will be evaluated based on their quality, relevance, and the available travel budget. Reimbursements will be processed after the conference upon receipt of valid proof of travel expenses.
